1) E-mails from Mygetwellstore.com

Report a Phishing or Spoofed E-mail

We take phishing and spoofing attempts on our customers very seriously. If you receive an e-mail that you think may not be from Mygetwellstore, please report it to us by sending the e-mail to support@mygetwellstore.com.

To report a phishing or spoofed e-mail:

Do one of the following:

1. Open a new e-mail and attach the e-mail you suspect is fake.

Note: Sending this suspicious e-mail as an attachment is the best way for us to track it.

1. If you can’t send the e-mail as an attachment, you can forward it.
2.  Send the e-mail to support@mygetwellstore.com.

Note: Mygetwellstore can’t respond personally when you report a suspicious e-mail to support@mygetwellstore.com, but you may receive an automatic confirmation. If you have security concerns about your account, please contact us using the Contact Us button.

Verify Your E-mail Address for a New Account

We ask that you verify ownership of your e-mail address before creating a new account.

Important: If you think you may have an account already, it’s always best to reset your password. If you create a new account with an e-mail that’s already associated to an Mygetwellstore account, the existing account will be disabled. Once disabled, the existing account won’t be able to access order history, gift certificates, digital purchases, Kindle books or any other data.

To verify your e-mail address when creating a new Mygetwellstore.com account:

• Click the link in the verification e-mail that’s automatically sent after entering your account e-mail address.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Go to Your Account and click Manage Payment Options in the Payments section. If you aren’t prompted to update your payment method on that screen, the message isn’t from Mygetwellstore.

• Links to websites that look like Mygetwellstore.com, but aren’t Mygetwellstore
• Attachments or prompts to install software on your computer
• Typos or grammatical errors
• Forged e-mail addresses to make it look like the e-mail is coming from Mygetwellstore.com

Note: If the “from” line of the e-mail contains an Internet Service Provider (ISP) other than @ mygetwellstore.com, then it’s a fraudulent e-mail.

About Mygetwellstore Consumer Survey E-mails

Online surveys provide us information about customers’ experiences with our products and services.

We occasionally invite our customers to participate in online surveys and provide us information on their experience with our products. These surveys are typically hosted on the sites of third-party providers.

Some Mygetwellstore.com surveys may offer an online gift card as a sign of appreciation for customers who received an e-mail invitation, qualify for, and complete the survey. You’ll typically receive the gift card code at the same e-mail address you received the invitation at within two weeks of completing the survey.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Which Information Can I Access?

3) Choose a Strong Password

Some suspicious e-mails contain attachments and link to websites that try to install malicious software on your computer.

Here are some ways to protect your system:

1. If you’ve entered your password on what you think might be a malicious website, go to Forgot Your Password and change it immediately.
2. If you’ve entered your credit card information on what you think might be a malicious website or replied to an email with that information, immediately contact your credit card company.

Note: Don’t forget to update the card on Mygetwellstore.com afterward.

3.  Install anti-virus or anti-malware software from a reputable company.

Note: After it’s installed, run a full scan of your computer.

5)Report a Security Issue
