Cancellation Policy

How do I Cancel an Order?

Cancellation of an order depends on the payment method you have chosen at the time of payment. Below are the cancellation procedures for different payment method:

Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking : If you had used  Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking for making payment at the time of purchase, you have to write at our Customer Support i.e. customercare@mygetwellstore.com and after mailing you have to give a confirmation call to our Customer Care Number 0712-6452666 within 48 Hours since the time of your payment.

Cash Deposit : If you had used Cash Deposit option as your payment method then either inform the Customer Support when they will give you a confirmation call for your payment or you can mail us at customercare@mygetwellstore.com within 48 to 72 hours from the time you purchased.

Cash on Delivery: If you had used Cash on Delivery option as your payment method you had to be very cautious and for cancellation you have to inform us both via mail and over phone to our Customer Support within 24 Hours since the time of your order submission on out site. 

Customers are requested to pay special attention for the Order Cancellation Procedure. If any Customer fails to inform our Customer Support within the speculated time or the ordered item is on transit no cancellation shall be treated and no refund procedure shall be entertained unless the delivery procedure falls under any Refund Policy.
